Ms. Renu Dharod, Independent Director of Samrat Pharmachem Limited has completed her diploma in Business Management in the year 1985 . She also holds a Degree in Law from University of Mumbai in the year 1990 . She is the chairperson of Stakeholder Relationship, Risk Management & Corporate Social Responsibility committee. She guides the company in legal matters, Human Resources & has been the key person for initiatives of Corporate Social Responsibility.
