Personal Biography
Mr. Rajesh Mehta, Executive Director & CFO of Samrat Pharmachem Limited joined the company in 1992. After completing his qualification in Chartered Accountancy, he along with his father envisioned that the company would focus on Iodine Derivatives as the core manufacturing products. In the year 1995, he undertook the task of raising capital through Initial public offering (IPO) and thus the company was listed on Bombay Stock Exchange for the long term wealth creation of all its stake holders. He used the investment to enhance the company’s production capacity & to widen the product range. He has been a driving force for the company’s major financial decisions & has ensured that the Company remains a zero debt company. During the time of global financial crisis in the year 2008 & Covid-19 pandemic in the year 2020, the company remained relatively stable & showed sustainable growth under his financial leadership & foresight.
Experience & Career
Mr. Rajesh Mehta completed his Chartered Accountancy in the year 1987. He is working with Samrat Pharmachem since the company’s inception and has been a key decision maker.
